The girls at work did the 'Race For Life' last year and work had tops printed for it......

"NORTH WEST ARE THE BEST"

so you could change it t:

"SOUTH WEST ARE THE BEST"
"South West Younger Farmers on Tour '09"

Kno it ain't cheeky or rude, but its kinda catchy!
