Shame its so far for an evening course. I'm in Hampshire and would love to do the head nurse CPD evening. Good website!

For the high standard of speakers involved with these courses, I would say its a very reasonable price.

Hi - I'm Michelle and I run Excel CPD, and we have courses throughout the Midlands for vets, nurses and receptionists. I'm sorry you think the prices are a bit steep, but even at £60 for an evening course, I need 15 people to attend for me to break even (hotels and paying speaker fees/mileage/accommdation is much more expensive than you would belive!) and no-one seems to want to attend without food being provided (well who would!!)

I do appreciate that some nurses are on limited bugets and pay CPD themselves, so I have in the past offered a payment plan, paying monthly for several months, or otherwise I have an RVN membership scheme, where you can take 15 hours of CPD over one year for £300 (that's less than the price of a day course with some other companies).

Also, I have special offers on the website every month, so there could well be some bargains to grab. Most importantly of all, if you would like to go on a course, but worried about the price, please contact me (I'm not scary!), as there are somethimes special offers on - currently 15% all courses in the new brochure (use code EB15)

I only have a small database of names/addresses at the moment, so if you would like a brochure but haven't received one, then please drop me an email and I can get one sent out to you.

£60+ VAT for a 2 hour evening course? My god, who is giving it.. Albert Einstein?!

Unfortunately I don't know of any discount codes/vouchers, you could maybe give them a ring and see if they offer any discount packages on that specific course?

Hi, its a head nurse one. They do others - half days ie 4 hours are £110 + VAT, seems way OTT to me. As I'm self funding not really an option at that price - they obviously arent thinking of nurses who are paying for themselves. Was just wondering if anyone had sen vouchers for them as know one of the other CPD companies did some.

Nope not had this brochure??? Whats the course on??? Does sound expensive but all CPD these days is expensive its getting ridiculous!!!!
