Oh bless you I wish there was something one of us could say to take away this hurt and make you feel better. All I can offer is that, although there will be good days and bad days for a long time, the bad days will eventually be less frequent and less intense in their misery. Also they will change in quality and become more reflective than just miserable. However, I know that well-meaning people telling you that sort of thing doesn't actually make it any better to be going through it!! I promise this darkness will fade eventually, you will NOT always feel like this, and you know we are all here cheering for you xxx

Thanks, having a bit of a low day but thats just way it will be for a while, Im going to be wonky and cant really expect much else.

Taking it one day at a time. Even the 'minor' things in life like cooking solely for yourself is weird. Went to the supermarket and coulnt even think what to buy! Felt ridiculous!

As everyone has already said, we are all here for you. Its not going to be easy so use your friends when you need them. As you know, I almost 2 years out of an awful marriage and I reckon that if I can do it, then anyone can.

Thanks everyone,

Im in my new abode, moved in yesterday. It was awful as he broke down in tears. Im ok-ish, tearful,tired etc but I survived that part of the process.
