 I work 10 hour days 7 days a week in a 1 vet, 1 nurse practice (yes- we&amp;#39;re small!) and have no one to have a nice chat with.

Cafe and food or snacks during the day and shaggys bar at night. Kids and dogs welcome on leads and have to stay out the clubhouse and off the packing grass you wont be popular if they pee or poop where folks pack but lot of jumpers have dogs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Can&amp;#39;t move as little man is settled and making friends&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Feel very isolated. Thats the problem I have, all my work friends live east, I usually go to them, but it becomes a pain always having to go to them, they&amp;#39;ll never come my way :(&lt;/p&gt;

Was going to suggest she looked into evening clubs and things, to get something outside of work (I realised that is what I had to do, as I lived away from london and was living a lonely life chatting to the walls) but working 70hrs a week would make that difficult, I do charity work and things in my spare times.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Where abouts is your clinic, I mean area-wise? Central, clapham, greenwich, north london? I could do with getting out more sometimes, and my other london based friends seem to be making other plans/pregnant/have kids etc.&lt;/p&gt;
