How did you get selected to receive such letter? I would LOVE to go and see how they make such a balls up of things, I swear under their letter box is a shredder so all the post they receive disappears with no trace! grr

No experience of being in that situation, but if she has copies of the forms, I would be sending them to the RCVS recorded delivery, and insisting that they review her case.

As I said, no experience, and I am an SVN, not an assessor, but if I had completed my portfolio, and then been told it isn't complete/doesn't count, when I knew I had sent the forms in, I would fight it tooth and nail!
