That's a hell of a lot of spiders coming in as well Arlo l know they send out a lot but even then you do not get such gatherings nor on such a regular basis.

Hello all

Sorry didn't reply to this earlier. Missed it.

First thing is that a 'guest' can only see a minimal amount of information. If you log out of the site, then try and navigate around, you'll see what a logged out person can see.

Guests are supposed to be a record of the number of people on the site who are not logged in. Most likely, that would be someone who searched for a term in Google, got a vetnurse page as the answer, and arrived at the site to find that they need to be a member to view the info.

However, the number of guests displayed does seem too high, and I'm quite sure there aren't 1000+ guests on the site at one time (that certainly doesn't correlate with the site traffic data). I'm going to ask the techies, but suspect that it may be a glitch in the software, plus perhaps visits from search engines spidering the site.

I keep asking that question and never get a satisfactory answer..... I thought that if you were a guest then you couldn't read any of the forum but sometimes there are masses of guests..... why would they be on here if they couldn't read anything?
