Well I have now done 5 days, am knackered but totally loving it Everyone is so nice and have made me feel really welcome I have definitely made the right decision to move

I managed to hold it in until I was given my card and present...and then there were more tears when I read cards that a couple of people had given me individually! I'm at work tonight so leaving at 8am tomorrow when everyone else gets in...that will be odd!

Good luck with your new job I am doing the opposite to you...going from a practice that is 10min drive from home to one that is an hour from home! BUT I am looking to buy my first home in the area of my new place, so commuting for a while until I find something. The place i'm going to is smaller but much busier, with a more interesting caseload. So going to be exciting
