Hi, When I was finishing my diploma 2 years ago we got a newsleter that had a breakdown of national increases...it varied from £1,000 to £3,500 increase!

I had to fight for €1,000

Will see if I can find the newsleter but afraid it mightened happen as I have recently moved house

Not got my diploma but an advert for a practice in Central Scotland was offering £17,500-20,000 for a dip VN and £14,500-17,000 for normal VN

All depends on which area of the country you work in, and what kind of practice you work in?? for example a referral practice are more likely to pay more for DipAVN nurse.

for example Willows Referrals in west midlands pay 20k for RVN and 24k plus for DipAVN.

and universities pay varies from 17k - 25k all depends on which uni you apply to and qualifications and eperience you have

I think i'll start off by saying im on £15,379 (before tax) in north east - no dipavn as yet
