Happy to fill it in as well, i have a terrible problem with it, also just have days when my cheeks go bright red and burn up for no reason, and my skin goes red and blotchy when i drink red wine but i think that might just be an allergy!!

I blush so fire a questionnaire my way if you like. The blushing is far worse if ive eaten sugary food or when i have let my fitness regieme lapse. At the mo my diet is really good and i so is my fitness regime and blushing is a thing of the past for me :)

I have an issue with this...I feel myself starting to turn into a tomato and that makes me worse, vicious cycle! As i've got a little more confident in myself it doesn't happen as often as it used to thankfully. I've never seeked any help about it. I'd be happy to fill in the survey.

Im not on any medication, I have weekly appointments with my therapist. Sounds mad, but it helps to talk about it (I think)

Im always relieved when someone else has the same problem, makes me feel less of a freak
