If so contact them for advice. Or your practice should belong to the VDS (Veterinary Defence Society) - They are there to give advice, not just to vets but all staff in practice and advice for internal and external matters as far as I am aware&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If he was reported and got struck off he can still manage the practice and work their but just not be a vet their. &lt;/p&gt;
