 I was just wondering which formula you guys use to change ml to mg in drug calculations?

You would need to work out the patients&amp;#39;s dose in mg first anyway though to get the dose in ml by working out weight x mg/kg.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
