Got referral from doc today for physio - tried to book then told 2 mnth waiting list round here so decided to pay to go private as cant possible wait that long. Wasnt impressed but just want sorting out and feeling more positive now I at least have an appt.

i agree with nick i had sciatic nerve damage and sacro illiac joint dysfunction was sent to chiro and they had me off work for 3 weeks with no movement only allowed to walk around my back garden my boss sent me to physio for second opinion and have never looked back see your physio. it worked for me :)

been seeing a chiropractor for mine, 3 sessions in and can already feel a difference!

I got referral from GP to see physio. Got three sessions and so far so good. Also ask work if you can go onto light duties. I have stretching exercises which I feel are helping me. No longer on painkillers day in day out

Hi,

Book an appointment with an osteopath. I went and saw a osteopath after a particularly bad flare up and 3 - 4 sessions (cannot remember how many) over about 10 days sorted the problem. Been painfree since august now
