Really struggling with sciatic pain for last 5-6 weeks. There just seems to be no pattern - have had a few days off so been resting but then today terrible again, just dont know what is setting it off??

&lt;p&gt;Book an appointment with an osteopath.&amp;nbsp;I went and saw a osteopath after a particularly bad flare up and 3 - 4 sessions (cannot remember how many) over about 10 days sorted the problem.
