Hi vetnurse in Cyprus- I have to agree with Caro about rig. I am signed up to agencies, but posting on here means that clinics can save money on agency fees and i can find nice clinics with nice nurses to locum in! =)

Hi Alana,

I have just recently started doing locum work myself and have found that all the agencies i have signed up with have been constantly e-mailing me loads of jobs all over the UK, alot with accomadation!

I have found Synergy, Bright leaf and Rig recruitment to be particularly helpful so if you are stuggling to find work sign up with them on their websites or give them a call and im sure you will be able to find work quickly, especially if you are flexible!

Other companies with lots of work available at the moment include Gardner & Llewelyn, A1 locums, vetsnow and Carlton profesional.

I am guessing there is a lot of locums hunting for work at the moment - we have had two agencies ring us today and we werent even looking for a locum!
