Hi Gilfly - could you possibly send me an email (l.lockett@rcvs.org.uk) to let me know what is wrong with the staff info (and your practice name) then we can check if it's a problem with the data we hold not being up to date, or a problem with how it's showing on our website.

As with any new website, there are a few glitches in the first few days. For example, a small number of people do seem to be missing from Find a Vet and Check the Register/List - we have our techies looking into this.

The qualifications are now showing and we are working on the MRCVS/RVN/VN postnoms which inexplicably seemed to disappear at launch! Apologies for the inconvenience and frustration, and we will get it sorted as soon as possible.

Not particularly impressed - a lot of the headings seem to be ambiguous. Interested to know why qualifications are no longer shown for staff under 'find a vet' . We have just become 'nurse'.

i quite like the new lay out, i think it is a bit easier to find what you want.
