No extra pay, no time off etc.</p> <p>At new pactice- 2 hrs pay for a day, 2 hrs pay for night, so for a whole weekend- 9 hrs pay.&nbsp; And we don&#39;t always have the phones.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
