I wouuld recommend for anyone to go to zumba classes

I use to do about 4-5 classes a week of step and aerobics etc and it could be a bit cleeky (sp?) and daunting for new comers but with zumba I never found that, poss due to the size of classes. I thought it was amazing the variety of people who went and not just 'fit' people.

Defo recommend it, it looks crazy but go at your own level

My friend has it on the wii... really good fun!! tires you out without realising... i'd say a definately good fun workout

My instructor has classes monday to thursday, So with my rota I can normally manage at least 1 in the week, which is better than nothing. I pay £5 per class but I am in London.

I love it and have not got bored yet.

Give it a try big or small, If your groups anything like mine when you cant get the steps, you get the giggles with the person next to you!!

Well I think it is good, you can do 20 min classes and 45 min classes at different levels, after a 20 min one i am knackered as long as ya push yaself nd not be lazy lol

zumba is great - very enjoyable esp if you like dancing it does not feel like your exercising, i also got it for the nin wii which is great esp for those days that you just wanna stay in

Zumba scares me! lol!

Mainly because I live in a rural area, so would see loads of people I know there. Oh and I can't dance and am overweight - so I really don't want to be in a group of people I know, who will see me wobble and fail lol!

Scares me more coz my big sis has asked me tonight to go with her! Noooooo! lol

just been looking into this, looks like fun and at the same time what a way to get fit !.

Do you still stick to it, i like most people on here, struggle to keep going every week due to the rota. I used to do weights and abs which was ok.

Really keen to do it, but looks like is more expensive for me at £4.50 per class?

do you go on your own or with friends?

I did my first Zumba class this week and loved it. Hopefully shifts allow me to carry on going hopefully every week

Zumbas great, there is also a zumba fitness game coming out on the Wii and is already out for xbox kinect.

Used to work for Bannatynes gym and their brilliant. Basically a fun way of losing weight and getting a sweat on. They are for all levels of fitness.

I go to a zumba class - costs £3 per session. I love it - and I'm certainly not a gym bunny!

It gets a lot easier when you get the hang of the routines so stick with it!

It looks good fun, might just go along and see how much of a prat I make of myself! Also how much does it cost per class, although I realise this may differ from area to area

Im not that fit and i do it, i love it!! So much fun and you can put as much effort in as you want so its as hard or easy as you like
