&lt;p&gt;Listen to how people answer the phone and don&amp;#39;t be afraid to answer it if it rings (perhaps check with your supervisor if this is ok), but usually if a place is busy, they&amp;#39;ll just be glad someone answered.&amp;nbsp; As long as you can say &amp;quot;just hold on one minute and I find out for you bla bla bla&amp;quot;, it will be fine!&lt;/p&gt;
