Hi Finnigan,

Thanks for letting me know about the post at your practice. Unfortunately it would have to be in Manchester though as I don't have a car and am unable to move at the moment.

I ended up giving my CV in at the practice but still put it in an addressed envelope - so I'm glad I'm on the right track there!

we are advertising at the moment for full time receptionist , west sussex ,so prob no where near for you, but have had posted ones , e mailed and dropped in cvs so far, one thing i will say is that we have had some just folded up and given in, think it looks better in a nicely adressed envelope if handing in to reception than just screwed up like some weve had!! good luck x

Hello again,

I was wondering what people thought of dropping a CV into a practice who has advertised a vacancy rather than posting it if it is close by? Is this good to show your face - or would they rather receive it by post?
