 We are, we have far to many ops and consults coming in for us to cope with!. having to get routines to wait for up to four weeks before getting booked in. Did wonder how much of it was because December was quiet because of the snow and we are now clearing the backlog - that and people were hanging onto their cash pre christmas ?
