&lt;p&gt;I get a new hand book for my college every year and they always put the grievence procedure in there.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If no hand book phone the VNAC and ask for a copy of the grievence procedures to be faxed, emailed or snail mailed to you.&lt;/p&gt;
