Sorry if you mentioned it earlier, but how pregnant is the bride?

Could you do a day horse riding or some other activity, followed by a nice meal in the evening?

Have a look on somewhere like Groupon and see if there are any deals on spa days in the Manchester area... You can often save an absolute packet, and while the offers are restricted to one per person for useing them, you can buy multiple ones and use as gifts/ resell so it would be prefect for something like this?

The Hilton in manchester does awesome high tea, its a little pricy around £25 per person but you get lots of sandwiches and cakes etc served on those 3 tier cake stands.

Its served in the cloud 23 bar which is a pretty cool place with a glass floor so you can look down on to the street and has great views over manchester.

I live in Cheshire, and the Hen Manchester, so will probably be local to her. I thought about spa/pampering, but didn't want anything to expensive.also wasn't sure what to plan in the evening. Something fun would be good.

I was thinking spa day too.

Ive been to Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire several times, dont know where abouts in the country you are but i cant recommend that one enough. Its definately the best spa i have been to and so relaxing.
