hey, in a nutshell. NPL (nursing progress log) is the training that is done at work, it shows compentency in all nursing areas, its all done via computer

you may have heard people talk about the portfolio, well the NPL replaces this, its still early days but it seems ok,

It's much quicker this week, i think they were making changes last week that caused the problems. I'm so glad as I no longer feel like having a minor meltdown

Ive been on today to do some bits and I had to give up as it was so slow, seems to be since my second student has been added on..I tried on my own laptop at home and its a little quicker but not much..

I dont know what to do??? how annoying!
