managed to get into the village to fill the skip - most of the snow had melted except where it had drifted. went past the corpses of 3 cars in the dykes as we went though (Carolyn knows the stretch of road I mean) - one of them actually on the straight bit of road and had gone into a 20 foot drain tail end first and was sticking straight up out of the drain. by the looks of the skids had done a hop skip and a jump to get there! tried to take a photo of the Fulstow version of the standing stones but it was raining so didnt come out.

Incidentally - one of these had just happened and occupant was still in the car (uninjured thankfully). Now when I lived in the village people looked out for each other but it would appear people are in too much hurry to bother these days. Both of the cars in front went straight past without stopping. Luckily this lady wasnt hurt but she was stuck tight in her seatbelt - it could have been a very different result if she had been injured. What is wrong with people these days?

would just like to point out to people that the car parked under the street lamp hasnt moved in months - was actually put there by the council/police and has a camera inside to catch out crooks. Unfortunately every villain in the aea knew about it within about 10 mins of it arriving!!! - really select area I live in

STRVN when you in the compose post bit click the film reel pci next to the smiley face. box pops up. click browse and find the apropriate picutre on yo comp and upload. simple as...........

we got snow too - lots and lots of snow! - and the bad news? I have paid 160 quid to have a skip delivered this morning before the snow happened. The skip has been delivered at my fathers bungalow which is right out in the stix and gets snowed in at the drop of a hat. Had intended to go out there tomorrow and fill the skip - at this rate we will be lucky if we can find the bloody skip!!!

we have also had the odd rumble of thunderand a bit of lightning this afternoon - looked very pretty through the snow

brilliant, Me and my youngest are off out shortly to build some.I will take pics and post them up here later.

Dina (youngest) has sent her a dad a text telling him we are off out in the type R to make some hoops he will die when he reads it lol
