I've had to cancel the xmas night out as thought we might of all got stuck trying to get home, although seems the snow has held off in my part of London tonight.

Oh well Xmas night out in January it is!!

we've got almost a foot here, luckily not working this weekend. I can see me walking to work on monday though - normally less than 10min ( 4miles) car journey but my car is going nowhere. Can take a shortcut though.

my dad took the pictures on the front of the website just before lunch today and it carried on snowing for a while after that. Isla is struggling now comes 3/4 way up her sides at least

Haha, it's a great idea though! As I left this morning I decided to garb my wellies and some warm clothes... good thing really!

when we had the really thick snow week before last - the days I could get to work I never left the house without my my overnight supplies bag. Luckily never needed to use it but was ready just in case its amazing what you can fit into a toilet bag with a bit of careful planning - its a standing joke with my friends that the day will come somebody will manage to ask for something that isnt in my bag and I cant improvise and that will be a really historic event (one of my nicknames is 'justincase')

Oh no! stuck at home is one thing but stuck at work is definitely not fair - at least you have some company though - I hope you get on!!

Ours still coming thick an fast. Just walked the dog and like a ghost town, just the odd car attempting to drive and lots more abandoned with bent wheels!

You can have all our snow if you want - w got like 5/6 inches of it!

I live on a steep hill so there is nooo way i'm driving in it lol.. so many abandoned cars at hte bottom! Sun is out now - so I'm praying it melts it ALLLL!!

Its terrible here, snowing heavily and even main roads struggling. Meant to be our works xmas party tonight and really dont want to go out in this, especially as we are going in a taxi who are always nutters!
