&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not sure why you think they will ask you if anything bad has ever happened? But I&amp;#39;m sure the nearest they get to that is asking why you want to leave your current employer.&amp;nbsp; I had a number of reasons when I left, some of which were grievances, but I just avoided talking about those and emphasized the positives, that I felt I wasn&amp;#39;t progressing, that I had lost the niche I had when the opthalmologist scaled down work etc.&amp;nbsp; Try turning any negatives into positives.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m sure they will be more interested in why you want to join THEM, rather than why you are not happy in your corrent role.&amp;nbsp; If the practice is an all-singing, all dancing type of place, then you have your reasons right there- research the work they do, find&amp;nbsp;a few things&amp;nbsp;that spark your interest and ask lots of questions about them.&lt;/p&gt;
