&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s a New Zealand Organisation, does similar work to Esther Honey foundation, The Islands they go to are a bit cheaper than raro though.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I spent 3 weeks as a volly in Vic Falls, &amp;nbsp;Zimbabwe in september, volunteering with lions&amp;nbsp;and im going back in 3 weeks to Zambia as an intern.&lt;/p&gt;

I spent three weeks both here and another sanctuary in Java... great people and such amazing animals....&amp;nbsp; they really need as much support as they can get. &lt;p&gt;Worth emailing them to see if they need any professional help for a month or two. They prob won&amp;#39;t pay you but they may well reduce the vol fee?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You don&amp;#39;t say what sort of project you&amp;#39;d like and what your own experience is, but it may be worth you checking with Worldwide Veterinary Services - www.wvs.org.uk - who place both veterinary professionals and non-qualified volunteers with animal welfare and veterinary projects with local charities around the world.&lt;/p&gt;
