Hi Thundershirts are amazing!! My dog has terrible noise phobia. Put the shirt on and he's immediately chilled out! He loves wearing it! I would recommend it to anyone!

I have a thunder shirt for my lab. She got badly attacked by a bullmastiff in April and suffered very badly with post traumatic stress. The thunder shirt was one of many things we used in her behaviour programme. It does seem to work when there is thunder and when she is worried. She can get a bit annoyed with it but still getting used to it 100% I think. Will def be using it for fireworks.

How have you found the thunder shirt? Am thinking of it for my boy for this years firework season. Not sure how well he'll take to wearing it though?!

LOL, na, I did read that elsewhere, but thought if certain pressure points, how will I know if hasn't worked or wrong size tshirt!

It's one of those don't mind paying when you know it works, but when your not sure...

I've gone ahead and ordered one for my overexcited dog, so see how goes.......!

Annoyingly, found them the day after I ordered on JAK's website for £10 cheaper - bugger!!

Oh well, at least where I got them from offers money back if don't work!

Name makes me laugh too.......a friend has one for her collie and she says it works well. They have also have calming bands and body wraps on TTouch website, my dog trainer uses them in class and they seem to work, think they work in a similar way to thunder shirt

I have a vet nurse student at the moment doing her dissertation on a version of this product. She's looking to see it it reduces anxiety in canine inpatients. I'll get her to message you when she has the results (won't be for ages yet though probably).

I did a Tellington Touch weekend course with one of our vets. It was good, i should use it more really.

our dog trainer uses them and i tried it on my dog when she was travel sick. I think they can be effective. She also uses Tellington T Touch, interesting...
