Have an amazing time! I don't know what time of year you are going but we had some amazing rain showers in the dominican in July. Was awesome!

good idea il try locate a adapter lol.. i have short hair anyway so doesnt need much straightening.. but theres gonna be hot american guys lol.. so i cant leave my hair to go wild

I went to the dominican republic in the summer and my GHD's worked fine with an adapter.

Saying that I hardly used them as it was so humid and my hair just went fuzzy. I did staighten it some evening but ended tying it up because I was so hot.

If you are on holiday then don't worry about your hair and just spend your time chillaxing
