in my opinion no - but as he doesnt seem to have broken any laws this time (even if he has broken his car) I dont suppose there is anything to stop him ? he drives a tractor exactly the same way! The first time I feel that he had definitely been drink driving but as I live out in the sticks (on what is charmingly called by the locals 'death corner' )and one of his mates hastily invited him and his friend in for a brandy for the shock (nudge nudge wink wink) by the time the police had arrived there was nothing to be said.

Never mind my gatepost is still there now sporting red, silver, blue and yellow paint scuffs - and I am sure his daddy will buy him a new car , the insurance will probably make him wince a bit tho

Its that cold and I dont feel cold normally thati will be off to sainburys tommorow to buy microwave slipper boots.

anybody who knows me will tell you I never feel the cold. - except tonight -I am cold, I am very very cold and I cant get anywhere close to the fire because the cats are hogging it and they arent even moving for food bribes

and outside we dont have a frost yet but sure as eggs is eggs there is one on the way. Little bit of history repeating at my gate post this afternoon - the guy who wrapped his red carrera around my gatepost last xmas has just done an action replay with its replacement a silver carrera, he is unscathed again (a tad upset tho) the car looks very poorly

I have just given in and turned the CH on - however I have it set at 19 degrees 24/7, coz I reckkon it will be cheaper than the cost of firing up the boiler bid................................

my cats have heat pads, thats how cold it is, and I have a jumper and fleece on.
