Phew!

I'm quite amazed at how settled and comfortable the large colony of Bengals and friends looked together. I'd have expected to see much more in the way of stress within a group of cats who haven't lived together all their lives but they didn't look bad at all.

Poor Mr Darcy though - now that was one stressed kitty

Re: Mad Cats and Englishwomen?

Watchewd it.
It still helped with my course though as part of it is understanding different people's relationships and attitudes towards their pets which that demonstrated nicely at the slightly obsessive end of the scale!
terribly sad, partly about a lady who "rescues" cats and takes them into her own home, she was an elderly lady with little financial backing and there were so many cats in her home who looked so stressed it was very hard to watch but her heart was in the right place.

and partly about the Celia Hammond trust in london who take in cats and provide neutering and emergency treatment. i was so shocked about the matter of fact way people were just dumping their cats on the chartiy and it left me nearly in tears and yelling at the telly . the resilliance of the staff there was amazing and it made me want to go to work there to try to help! however my commute from cornwall would be a little far i fear.

overall, intresting, but sad and depressing to see the scale of the preblem which i guess is repeated again and again in the large cities.

worth a watch.

Re: Mad Cats and Englishwomen?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bp0Q3UJHrkU
