They are lovely dogs. But, good news is, the daughter of the original owners (my husband's step-aunty!) has decided she would like to offer Georgie a home. Which is great! I am happy to keep Benji indefinitely, as he has got under my skin quite well! But if a brilliant home came up, we'd still consider it.

He had one growing up and so loves them. I do try to put him off by telling him he is a big girl but he doesn't seem to care!

Unfortunately, I have to update and correct my original post. I decided to have a interested listen to both of their little tickers, and, although I had been told that only Benji has a heart murmur, I could make out a distinctive one in Georgie too. Bum.

I asked the vet to confirm and he does. No clinical signs of heart failure. Fit, slim dogs, so hopefully we will keep it under control! There's nothing worse than a fat cavvy with a heart murmur!

They are cute! My mum has always wanted one...first we had a Keeshond x Collie, then we got Jack! So maybe next time she'll get her wish?!

I might have a foster home / trial apart home for next week for "G". Not sure its too suitable, as she works a lot. hmmmm.

I'm so glad my bf isn't a member on this forum. All we argue about is how he wants a cavvy and I won't let him have one. Think they are lovely dogs but not my cup of tea. Hope you find someone to have them!
