I think the rules are different for each, but I am not entirely sure.</p> <p>I came back into practice as a L3 SVN after a 4 year break, and had to do 4mths working in practice, and then get a signed statement from my practice principle saying I was working to the standard of a L3 SVN before I could re-enroll with the RCVS. I think I heard there was something similar in place for QVNs coming back into practice after an extended period, but I may very well be wrong...</p> <p>Worth ringing the RCVS on Monday though so that you can find out for sure.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
