Oh that turned my stomach. Why are people so f***ing disgusting?

It scares me, the amount of cruelty around today, and the fact that the people you speak to daily, or pass in the street or say hi to in the shop, any one of them could be the cause of it... How can people look so 'normal' when obviously some of them are doing things like this?
