Ok, well I class that as cruelty because surely no one is that stupid! My dog accidentally ate some choclate buttons and I phoned the emergency vet straight away! People annoy me!

Have seen this before in farm dogs, mainly Collies that had been fed the meat of a dead cow given euthatal. Some people just dont realise

Happy endings are always good, glad the pup made a full recovery!

Certain owners lack of brain function never ceases to amaze me- we treated 2 dogs who had euthatal poisoning (ate meat that had been euthanized, although the owner didn't know the meat wasn't naturally dead at the time) yesterday. Happily, both lived after spending about 24 hours sleeping, although not sure yet if there's going to be any permanent organ damage. The same owner had a dog that died (well, had to be PTS) a few days ago after displaying the same symptoms. Grrr.

Doggie is a very lucky pooch... went home the next day.. bright as a button all bloods n urine was normal.. owners surname is "luck" which she surely had lots of :) happy ending!!

The more l meet people Icklesal the more l think many would leave things. Lets face it the human race is the dummest of species look at what we have done to the planet what other species has screw everything up so much.... then called it progress and held it all up and called it achievements!!

Aw i hope he is ok. God knows what your gonna find on those xrays then!

I really wish people would think, if a human had done that would they just leave it a few days before going to the hospital?! Erm i think not!
