Thats why I moved to Purina, I never saw my Hills rep despite regularly phoning. I wrote to Hill's and said we would cease to use them if we didn't see our Rep and I got this snotty letter back saying it wouldn't matter if we left them, they trade on reputation I left them and went to Purina. When Hugh was our rep, we saw him every 6 weeks without fail. Yvonne took over and was always off sick, she thought with an animal allergy......hardly ever saw her

you do need a rapport with a rep and thats kinda difficult to achieve if u neva see them! lol!

I'm not denying that when you phone Hills direct for materials, thye're very good but sometimes you need a bit of personal attention!!

We've been open 2 years and haven't seen that other pet food company either or the other one with the big pink logo - bad practice!!!!

yes, I would agree with that Heather, if you have no support from your rep, you are less likely to stock their product

infact i havent seen a rep for a certain other pet nutrition company in scotland for years either........funnily enough their lack of presence is evident by the lack of their product sold by us.

I emailed Purina HQ before Christmas & they've not got back to me. A client did the same & they've never been in touch with her either - maybe they don't need our business

It used to be Hugh, then he decamped to Pfizer, then it was Yvonne. She was off sick alot and I don't know if she ever came back. Will Purina HQ not help?
