I wrote to Hill&amp;#39;s and said we would cease to use them if we didn&amp;#39;t see our Rep and I got this snotty letter back saying it wouldn&amp;#39;t matter if we left them, they trade on reputation&lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/emotion-3.gif" alt="Surprise" /&gt; I left them and went to Purina. When Hugh was our rep, we saw him every 6 weeks without fail.
