Are you in a practice at the moment? If not, I reckon as much work experience as you can manage would be a good bet too

typical thats the only book I bought on recommendation from the college before the course changed, and it was brand new!

I have some of my old books for sale in the 'for sale section'. Were a godsend when i was training.

apparently they're re-writing the big purple BVNA book so don't but that just yet as it's really expensive...and will be almost redundant soon...

good ones are the Q&A books...they really help revision...as for standard text books...i used the NVQ2 and NVQ3 books, and you'll definitely need a good student or nurse veterinary dictionary...xx
