Ahh my Mother used to crack me up when I lived at home- our dogs would be out loose in the daytime, and sleep in a stable at night. When she went out to feed them and put them away for the night she'd always say 'right I'm going to go and put the dogs down...'

And when she was going to walk them or groom them she'd say 'back in an hour or so, I'm going dogging...'

I spent twelve months working as the PTS Manager in my local area when I worked for the ambulance service. When I explained to my guys why I found the name so amusing, they actually thought it would quite appropriate for many of their patients!

We have Patient Transport Services in our area too, makes me cringe every time i see them on the road!
