I did mention it to the RSPCA in passing to say &#39;What can I do&#39; and got a grunt style answer. However, another of my neighbours put in an official complaint and they did get a visit and most of the cats taken away.</p> <p>I would definately recommend calling them if only for advice and to get the animals checked to ensure they are all happy and healthy.
