It was in the 2nd week that it hit me but I've kept myself really busy with work and taking up new hobbies. I make sure every day I have something written in my diary to do. I've got a handful of friends on camp but my best friends and family are thousands of miles away but I'm proud that I've managed to cope. Also my husband loves reading my emails....I send at least 1 aday....about all the stuff I'm getting upto. One of my closer friends on camp lost her husband on friday in an IED attack which was a terrible shock and a bit too close to home.

The best you can do is support your BF, tell him how proud you are of him and send him regular parcels with lots of treats to keep his morale up...Haribo's always go down well!!!

Hope this helps x

Re: it's all a bit much!!

how much out of that list do you actually have to do and how much of it is stuff that you think you should do or have assumed responsibility for? ie Your sisters wedding is just that - you can be there for her but you also need to be there for you. Your mum is moving - but so are you, so do you help your mum and forget about your move or run yourself ragged trying to do both. You mention yor mother has a partner - let them help with the move.

Try breaking this down into smaller manageable chunks, and decide on which to prioritise. Do it on a list if it helps. Dont even try and be wonder woman its no wonder you are feeling overwhelmed

It is good just to write stuff down like you have as well as it gives you a chance to get it off your chest too.

big hugs ((()))
