Mine is shortened to PrtSc and mine is located next to my F12 button on my laptop. Get the screen to where u want the screen grab, press the print screen button then open your word doc and paste the screen grab into it and crop and re-size as needed.</p> <p>Hope that makes sense</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
