congrats you!!

they reckon the first few days are the worst, so stick at it! love the thing which tells you how much lovely money you are saving too!!

i stopped smoking when pregnant, but was a fattie after mini me was born, and made the disastrous (and i try to say hormone driven, but i think i was just vain) decision to start again to try and stop me eating everything that wasn't nailed down......

....... few years down the line, i still smoke, and am even fatter

have started thinking about giving up, but want to get other stuff sorted before i give myself the added stress.

but my apologies for blithering on, and YAY! GO YOU - THE NEW SMOKE FREE AND RICH YOU!!!

I also spent a small fortune on all kinds of hard boiled sweets last night,

I have cough candy...I know, but I love it

Rhubarb and custard

Fruit candy

murry mints.

I promise not to crunch on them, as the last time I stopped smoking I had a dental bill of 200 quid for a broken tooth.So all money save d went to the dentist.

Go on STRVN, you can do it esp if you use the chocolate reward system (provided you arent on the other thread) if you last a whole week without smoking your family/collegues/ whoever buys you something good i.e. chocolate. if you dont then you have to buy them somthing.
