We too have been told about vibrations...ours in above the fridge and next to the centrifuge! It worked fine for ages, had probs for ages and now working fine again *touch wood*

We had the same probelm too! The Lab guys told us it was because of the 'vibrations' from the fridge underneath the worktop, then it was the centrifuge's fault! After changing the lab around again and again we sent our vetlyte machine back!

I thought it was just our vetlyte machine but clearly thats not the case! Have spent at least 3hrs ths week and last week on the phone to idexx about it. Carried out all the cleaning protocols several times as insturcted and changed the o-rings along with a very expensive Na+ electorde and still have the same error message, aaarrgghh

I am always having problems with the Vetlyte machine. I recently spent 1 hour on the phone to Idexx cleaning the whole machine and running different tests. But today the machine has started giving me error messages again!

Are you having problems with it? We are having major problems with our vetlyte, catalyst and vetlab. Its a nightmare, they always seem to go wrong at the same time!
