unfortunately im starting an MBA next year but when thats over (in 2 years) im going to join the WVS and go where ever it takes me, my other half is a surgeon and he is dead keen on doing surgery on the moonbears when he gets his diploma so hopefully will go with him and do the cleaning up (as we do!!)

best place to start is the worldwide veterinary services to get an idea of whats out there, - vietnam - you should look up animals asia to work with the moonbears - a friend has done this and it was awesome!! the cheetahs - i worked with them for 5 weeks, i would have done longer but i had to go back to work =(

wow that looks absolutely amazing. if anyone has any tips on good places to volunteer i am going travelling to india, thailand, vietnam and indonesia in feb/march/april next year and would love to do some volunteering when I am there x

When I'm qualified I'd love to do some work like this. Are there any good ways of going about getting into it? Even if i can't get an actual, paid job, i'd at least like a couple of weeks of work experience...I'd really love to work with big cats, have always wanted to and Tiger conservation sounds good too....any recommendations?...thanks
