Me too. They are the only dog that do it to me!

Boxers, Rotties, Dalmations and other short stubbly dogs set me off too! It's very annoying!

Oh well! It's just another excuse for me to have lots of border terriers

I can't even remember how many c sections I have seen on staffys and how the owners can't actually afford the surgery. They seem to think it's a quick and easy way to make some money!

We had one two days ago. 5yr bitch who they had matted for the first time. We saw it with discharge. 6wks post season. They thought the puppies were dying. Nope PYO!!

after lots of discussions eventully went to Blue Cross

Seem to be an awful lot in our local RSPCA centre, they are doing a big rehoming drive for staffies.

Some staffys do actually do this for fun you know... my work collegue has staffys and they both do this with tree swings, swings etc, and she cant get them to let go either, and I know she is not doing it to "strengthen their jaws".

They were all in our practice!! Their owners rarely pay, they are rarely, if ever, insured and therefore rarely, if ever, referred. Am I right in thinking you work at Davies? We refer patients to you - we are about 8 miles away

Yeah I'm at Davies. It's just so strange. I'm not complaining though! Used to get seriously fed up with all the staffy owners turning up and not paying their bill.

Tragic as it is I do not think we have managed to refer one in years., Since (in south London) most are owned be kids or chavs. they are not willing to pay for any kind of care. Have written of hundreds of pounds in the last 12 months due to unpaid and not followed jup visits =variety of reasons. The last one one we had was a pitbultype that had "accidentally dislocated its jaw hanging from a rope tied to a tree in a park" - you know the type - he found it in the park and would not let go - nothing to do with the fallacy that it will strength their jaw then!! Owner is now vanished - not answering phone etc- what a D***head

where are they? - should have been in our waiting room tonight you could have taken your pick
