 not work related at all! I just wondered if anyone had any ideas on good songs to listen to in the gym? I hate going, and find it sooooo boring, so any inspirational music would help I think!

&lt;p&gt;Got an mp3 player? &amp;nbsp;Get songs that start you off slowly and then songs which get quicker &amp;nbsp;in beat to build you up and then a few songs to slow or warm down to!&lt;/p&gt;
