On the RCVS website, on the downloadable course handbook, they want us to undertake 12 tasks and pass at least 8 of them...x

I was reading an article in the VN times which said 14 practicals and pass 10. Either way its more than they used to do. And your right PHA86 "no more portfolios" which is what i was dreading the must anyways.

I am definitely naturally better at the theory side of things, I am generally quite ''spazzy'' (excuse the non-PC term) at the practical stuff and will have to work hard.

However keep reminding yourself: no portfolio!

You have to do 12 practical parts/rooms/units, etc and you have to pass 8 out of 12 to pass your practicals. We were told this today at college. Im on the transitional diploma course.

I was told they have changed it from 14 to 12. Ive just started my training too. Am currently trying not to worry about practicals cos its a way off yet . 12 seems alot so fingers crossed its not 14!
