Although im not sure what actually happens when you send it to ebay as an unpaid case, i think you just get your listing fees etc refunded not sure what actually happens to the person who didnt pay. Probably nothing.</p> <p>Best bet is to relist the item and report it to ebay, thats what i would do anyway</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
