Fluid Therapy for Veterinary Nurses:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fluid-Therapy-Veterinary-Nurses-Technicians/dp/0750652837

This book deals with everything regarding fluid therapy including fluid types, administration, cannulae etc. There is also a good section on calculating fluid amounts for maintenance/shock/surgery so you don't need a separate book as such. However there are a number of nursing calculations books around and I found the best one to be the little book by Margaret Moore which deals with all calcs from drugs through to radiography.
