You can get some good deals on the carphone warehouse website. i've just got mine there and got my boyfriend a free xbox 360. the gifts from there are pretty awesome - last time i got ghd straighteners...it just reduces the type of phone you can have but i've just got a blackberry curve...xx

I always keep a close eye on when my upgrade is due but only because I get bored and want a new phone

I'm with Orange & they didn't tell me I'd run out of contract either until went with hubby when he got a new one & just asked out of interest if I could have a new one too, turns out I'd been out of contract for like 6 months, they'd just been billing me for what I'd used!

Hey Heather,

funny I was doing the same thing on friday. My phone died a while back so I just bought a cheap one in Tesco. I phoned O2 to see if I was due an upgrade but sadly, not until July 2011 as I have a 24 month contract with them. I wanted an IPhone!

If you phone your service provider, they will be able to advise you. Will save you going to the shop

the service provider doesnt always contact you to offer upgrades, you have to be a bit on the ball and go and bug them!!!

just make sure you know your mobile number and they should be able to pick up all your details,
