This is the issue we had withour rep. Never turned when meant to with stupid excuses whenwe had put aside time etc. Not seen a rep in 6 or more months now! Someone did finally ring me but remains to be seen whether free stock arrives as had this issue before - believe it when I see it!! Will kep you posted.

We've been having similar issues with novartis, have tried ringing our rep many times to order leaflets from her that head office can not supply apparently. then last week she was supposed to be coming to see us for lunch time meeting and training with the student nurses and never showed up, no phone call, tried ringing her wouldnt answer, have now got head office involved to try to sort problem.

Are you or anyone close to you going to BVNA that could harrang one of the reps at their stand in person...? I know it's like 4 weeks away to wait, but they can't ignore you if you're stood right in front of them!

Hi.

Fortunately we have a great rep who takes the vouchers from us whenever she calls in and we receive replacement product very quickly. I guess you've tried phoning but have you tried posting them off to Head Office? Can't say we've ever had any problems with Novartis - they're usually very helpful & supportive of in-house initiatives.
